hello my name is alexis and i have a room for rent in my house that will be available dec 7th. i am located at 43ave and bell. i am asking $600 a month and this would include your utilities. you would have your own room but a share a bathroom with one other person however there is much space and you will be able to use pretty much all of it. i am looking for a female or a homosexual male. i am 36 and a basically a homebody however i will most likely rarely be home as i have a full time job and a part time job. i am also a full time student so i tend to be very busy. i do not party but don't mind if you have overnight guests as long as during the week you are respectful of my early hours and don't make a lot of noise after 11pm. i have a 17 year old son that lives with me he is a very good kid and will not bother you or your space. he is a great cook and takes care of the yard and such. my house has a diving pool complete with diving board and a large backyard that is perfect for entertaining we have a gas grill and furniture out there. there is a garage that you may use or the driveway. i am right off of bell road so if you use public transit we are close to the bus stop. i am located minutes for i-17 and the 101. my house has adt alarm system, a/c, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, flat top stove, granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, fireplace, built in microwave, and stone showers. we have high speed internet, wi-fi and directv. i have an extra computer (it is a little old) that you are welcome to use in your room as well as a 27 inch tv. i do not have a land line but if you would like to pay the extra $10 a month you are welcome to use my second cell phone line when you are living with me. my house is located in a very quiet area with very little traffic. i do have 3 small dogs (a chihuahua and a chiwinnie the largest one is an american eskimo) and a cat that spends most of her time outside we also have an african grey parrot. i do not mind if you have pets but they must get along with my animals as they are my family. there are doggy door for access for the animals but a block fence so they can not escape the yard. if you have question or if you are interested you can call me at 623-606-8382 or email me at [email protected] i would rather not have to pay and upgrade my account again so this it the best way to reach me. there is a $30 application fee as i want to make sure i am renting to a good person. i will also need first and last months rent there is no deposit unless you have animals if so we will discuss that depending on the situation. i have gotten all the emails from all the scammers so if you are not a real person looking for a room do not email me and waste my time i am not going to fall for it. thank you for reading and hoping you are the right fit for my home.
