i have one bedroom available in a 2 bedroom plus loft, downtown condo. the bedroom is a good size, and has it's own private bathroom attached.

the condo itself is recently renovated, with hardwood flooring, updated whirlpool appliances, and laundry in the condo. it has two separate bedrooms, and a loft on the top floor. there are 2.5 bathrooms. there is covered parking for the condo. the condo is furnished, outside of your bedroom.

i am a 27 year old professional female, who is seeking a like minded roommate for this awesome downtown condo. i would prefer someone who is non smoking, with a job, is clean, respectful and down to earth. please no inquiries if under 21, or over 40.

the rent for this room is 725 dollars per month. we would split utilities. length of lease is negotiable, but would prefer a 6 month lease, or possibly even month to month with 60 day notice.

this location is awesome and located in the heart of downtown. walking distance to chase field, us airways, cityscape, lots of restaurants, bars & coffee shops.
