i have a very nice room available in a south philly row home. you would be living with two 20's males. one lives in the renovated basement and the other lives in the upstairs bedroom, you would share a bathroom with one. the home is very modern and updated, very close to downtown philly. the area is great, lots of street parking available if you have a vehicle.

looking for a responsible younger person to move into the extra room, only someone that has a job and stable income. also need to be sure that you are clean/neat.
