close to local universities and colleges (villanova, st. joes, university city, philly u, arcadia, and many more!
easy access to all major highways 76/rt1, wissahickon train station, wissahickon transfer center, and the rts 9 and 65 are at the corner. easy street parking. (i've never parked off the block.)
i offer everything included: gas, electric, water, cable/internet, trash for $600
or negotiable monthly room rate plus half of the monthly bills.
there is also a great wrap around porch, small yard, and gardens.
