location: 5 mi. due west of center city philadelphia, lansdowne, pa 19050. this room is practically an efficiency apartment with kitchenette and semi-private entrance. current housemates are all non-smoking professionals who are only here a few days each week. are you a professional who works in this area but lives in another area? then you are my most frequent type of housemate.* all utilities, internet and tv are included.
* fully furnished 15.5 x 10 first floor room with four windows, central air, baseboard heat
* kitchenette includes lower cabinets, open shelving, sink, fridge, convection oven, with two electric burners, microwave and toaster.
* almost private bath - shared with other roommate who is not here much actually lives elsewhere.
* laundry on site: washer, dryer, and garden close line
* lots of on street parking and close to public transportation
move in with first and last month plus security deposit. (that's $1785) reference check and background check. and no pets, but plants are great!
