looking for a female roommate - graduate student, medical resident or young professional. i am a full-time professional who loves her apartment and living in center city. i am looking for a responsible female roommate to share my huge 2br/2ba bi-level apartment at the packard motor car building available now. the apartment is bright with floor to 20 foot high ceiling windows in the living room which faces city hall and you can see william penn right out the window and down the street. the apartment is fully furnished. your share of the rent is $1,095 plus 1/2 of the utilities. secure parking is available in the building for an additional $175/mo. see floorplan below. also the building has a gym, community room (pool table, tv and couches) with free coffee weekday mornings and a business center with free printing. the apartment is well located one block from hahnemann hospital and the drexel center city campus (med school, nursing school, pa school etc.).reply with an email about yourself and we can explore to find out if we may be suitable roommates.
