i have two rooms for rent. nice size rooms starting at $425 a month utilities included. i am adding a laundry room to the back of the house, so there is some work that still has to be done. newly rehabbed/remodeled home with new windows, new kitchen(tiled floor) and stainless steel appliances(refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave) new flooring throughout, marble bathroom, fresh paint.......laundry room(the washer is available to use).

located in nicetown/tioga near marcus foster stadium, germantown ave & hunting park ave is the closest major intersection. literally a minute walk to the 23 bus stop and germantown avenue...grocery store, hair salon, day care, track around the corner, barber shops, jamaican & chinese restaurants, etc.

the place is tip top new everything, so, if you are not clean or do not clean up behind yourself, disrespectful to anyone that lives in the home...please, don't bother.

secure building and area. you will have a key to the front door and a key to your room. never had a problem with security and/or vandalism.
