we have rooms ranging from 125 to 140 / week
that would be $540 to $600 / month
all you need is one weeks rent plus two weeks security for weekly.

rooms have utilities & heat included. ac unit $10/week. $45/month
rooms have nice twin size bed and a dresser.
one or two bathrooms with showers.
full kitchen with a stove and full size refrigerator.
