looking for 1 person to fill a soon to be open bedroom in a 4 bedroom northern liberties home. rent is $700 monthly plus utilities split 4 ways. the room will be available early july. you will be added to the lease in place of the person leaving. utils is usually about $100 month per person.house is located near 3rd & poplar. there are a total of 2.5 bathrooms (full br on both 2nd & 3rd floors, half on ground floor), and a large unfinished basement. there is plenty of shared community space. also, we've a washer/dryer.
us: 1 lady and two dudes, between the ages of 25 - 27. steady incomes with jobs during the day. we hang out during the week & are far from opposed to having people over and what not on weekends. we are respectful of each other's time, property, & privacy and require that of you as well. the shared areas of the home are kept relatively clean; everyone cleans up after themselves.
there is 1 dog living in the house currently, she is a sweet-heart. i personally enjoy trying new things, new foods, new places, and meeting new people. similar for my housemates but i prefer not to speak for them.
you: man or woman, have a steady, reliable income. be reasonable, easy to get along with, and friendly. try not to be a stick in the mud, if we're going to be living together, present yourself as you would after living with friends and show us some of your personality!
