women only, available october 1st(negotiable if you need earlier). this is a gorgeous third floor /room in a three bedroom house in center city on rodman street - between south st & lombard st (between 12th and 13th). house has 2 other female residents who share their own bathroom on the floor below. there is a beautiful living room also with a fireplace, full kitchen, washer dryer, and a private back yard with a garden and a grill.it doesn't get any better than this for the location, price, and amenities! right on top of the best restaurants in the city. also very walkable distance to area hospitals if you're in the medical field.
