female(23) looking for a roommate to help split the rent that is reliable/responsible, a female student roommate (21-25) in need of a place or thats works full-time. the apartment is 2 bedrooms/bathrooms, open livingroom/dining room, balcony/storage closet, walk-in bedroom closets, dishwasher/disposal, laundry room w/connectors. the apartment is mostly furnished already because of own furniture here, but whatever is needed by you is welcome to fill the space. utilities(cable, internet, water, and electric) are included in the asking price stated on here when you come. everything is split down the middle, this includes cable, internet, water, and electric. groceries is excluded but can be discussed later on which can be price-split as well. the property is nice in a valley off the main street. near jr allen pkwy which is easy access to downtown columbus, columbus state university campus, ft. benning, and etc... . has laundry, gym, pool and front door parking on the property as well. serious inquiries call 706-587-4150 (teneisha). $500 needed before move-in things for the 1yrsoptional: deposit additional $160.00 if staying in for the required 1yrs and its refundable from me if lease term is met/rent is payed every month!!!!!! payments for apartment to me can be made in money order or we can arrange through lease office to apply when finalized and approved by them. they know i'm in need of a roommate but they of course going to need your information on file to move in.
