my current lease is up july 31st 2014 and i will be moving then. at that time i will have secured a new place. rent is about $500 all inclusive (water/electricity/internet/ basic cable). i am military and would prefer a military roommate but it is not required. you will have your own room and a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room is shared. my rank is e-4. to become a roommate you need to submit an application along with $25 (this will total $250 for the deposit) for the criminal background. you will not be put on the lease as a leasee, only as an occupant. the complex gym is 24/7 and it also has a sauna. one bedroom has a walk-in closet, the other room has a regular closet (first come, first choice of having the wic or not). if you're military the back gate is 12-15min away with no traffic. there are two lanes to get on post. traffic leaving from the back gate to go home is at a steady pace. a first-meeting must take place to ensure that we can get along.
