the room for rent is upstairs on opposite side of house with a private bath and private living area. we have a blu ray with netflix/youtube apps upstairs and cable downstairs.the house has a fenced back yard and washer and dryer. we live 20 min from austin. we are 5 min away from stone hill town centre with restaurants, retail and a movie theatre. we are ten minutes from lake pflugerville( 3 mile loop for walking, biking).
my husband and i are 32 and own dogs, one cat and 2 mini potbelly pigs. our pets are all friendly and stay downstairs or in the backyard with the help of a dog gate that blocks access to the upstairs. there is a second room upstairs where we can add fridge, pantry shelves and countertop if you would prefer but the rent price changes to $900.
