i have a room that is 10x12 for rent. i currently live with 1 other roommate and you would share the bathroom with him. your monthly rent would include all utilities.

i do have a washer and dryer and you would of course have access to kitchen, shared bathroom, washer and dryer. i do have a half bathroom downstairs as well. we do party from time to time but definitely not regular. the people in the house are all very active. it is a two story house with a crawl space that you could use as extra storage. i live in a new neighborhood and my house was built in 2006. you would have parking right across the street in designed but not assigned spaces so you wouldn't have to park on the street. i do prefer someone in college or under the age of 26 but anyone male or female will do.

also included in your rent is use of the gym, pool, tennis court and golf course right up the street!

i live with 2 room mates. one male one female but they stay in the same room. we have a very close household always helping each other out and doing our part of the chores. we know all out neighbors very well. so if you are a friendly person and looking to make some good friends in the process this is your kind of place! we can discuss animals if you have them. i do have a puppy and a 7 year old dog at home already.

you may choose to pay first and last months rent up front or just the first. i have leases that range from 3,6,9 and 12 months. 30 days notice is required to drop lease. i do ask for 10/mo extra for your t.v if you want satellite in your room. and 10/mo extra for hi speed if you want that.
