looking for a roommate to rent out the room asap, definitely need one by october 1st. rent out for a year. my current roommate is moving out and need someone to take her place. im a clean, healthy, non-smoker professional white female with two cats, must like cats. im 33, so looking for around the same age bracket. 25-40. easy to get along with and friendly.looking for someone who is responsible, friendly, financially stable with a full time job, cleans, trusting, does not smoke, does not do drugs, does not smoke pot, drama free and prefer someone who leads a healthy fit lifestyle. im into the fitness lifestyle. isn't lazy to take out the garbage when needed and doesn't leave dirty dishes in the sink for days. by the way, if you have a couch that would be awesome cause the couch is my roommates. if you have any kitchen utilities, let me know. would be helpful. the kerig is not mine and i don't drink coffee.
$811.13 for the room, & $1198.75 deposit (month & a half). about $200 (high balling the number) for utilities (gas, electric and internet) it does go up in the winter cause of using the heat and electric. water and sewage/garbage collection is included in the rent. do recycle. the electric, gas and internet are separate bills. its a 3 story townhouse end unit with a two car garage. 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath. patio, dishwasher and washer & dryer. will have your own private bathroom and a closest. the room will be unfurnished. i have more pictures to provide. there is extra closest to use and also in the garage. plus can even wash your own car. free off street parking. next to the water so very close to a free beach, marina & pier, 5-10 mins if you ride your bike there. dunkin donuts around the corner. safe neighborhood.
close to both perth amboy and woodbridge train station, the development offers free shuttle service to woodbridge train station. close to all major highways and malls. right by outer bridge to staten island.
