ok heres the deal, its me and another girl that live in a 3 bedroom condo. i go to work and school fulltime so im really only home on the weekends and the other girl there works fulltime and has dance class at night so not home much either. i do have 2 kids but only have them everyother weekend due to my schedule and usually when they are with me we dont spend too much time at the house. we do like to have people over but its typically only every few weeks and it will be like a sat night. we are looking for someone that can pay rent on time and that is layed back and clean. if your intersted email me and we'll find time to talk about things. im lookin for possible feb 1st move in. rent will be $500 a month.
