in search of a female roommate to move-in in march. nice quiet location off peachtree corners road in norcross, close to holcolm bridge road, and shopping centers. close to roswell, duluth, alpharetta, sandy springs, perimeter mall, john's creek, chamblee, doraville just to name a few surrounding areas.single bedroom available in a 3bedroom townhouse. bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, 6-drawer dresser and a desk and chair. private room and hallway bathroom. would prefer a working professional female - especially if you travel a lot.
rent is $700 and we split the utilities 60% (me) 40% (tenant) - utilities is negotiable. will require a $300 deposit and background check.
