hi there, i'm alexandria and this is our search for the right roommate!we are a group of 4 friends looking to share our home with a responsible, friendly roommate and all we ask from you is that you clean up after yourself and pay rent on time.
the room you will be renting is 13'0 x 11'8 with its own closet and a shared bathroom.
the shared living space includes a living room (17'2 x 12'4) that opens up to the dining room (10'5 x 9'9), the kitchen, and the patio. a washer and dryer will be provided in a separate room just off the foyer.
the kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and microwave along with all other kitchen necessities. furnishing for the living room and dining room will be provided.
the apartment complex is camden located at 100 merrick dr, peachtree city, ga 30269.
if you turn out to be the one, we will ask you to sign a simple 6 month renter’s agreement simply stating that you won't suddenly skip town on us!
