we are looking for a 3rd roommate to join our townhouse! i currently have a room for rent in my townhouse in pasadena, md in aspen park which is convenient to rt. 100, rt. 97, i-695, i-95, b/w parkway. the room is available for $500/mo. (plus security deposit of $500) plus 1/3 of utilities (fios/bg&e/water). the fios includes hs internet service and cable tv including most premium movie channels. currently, there are two other professional females in their late 20’s that reside there. both girls work full-time, mostly daytime w/ an occasional saturday. the room for rent is on the upper level with a shared bath w/ one other and has new carpet & paint. it's a great townhouse w/ a nice trex deck, grill, upgraded ss kitchen/laundry appliances and a ll family room w/ walkout to fenced back yard. there is one small pug dog in the home, so no more pets are allowed. the room is available on 7/3/15. please check out my pics of my home on my profile and let me know if you would be interested in a personal showing. if you would like to set up a showing, please contact me with your email so i can send you an application form. id, credit check and lease required. thanks.
