my roommate and i live in a two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment right in the heart of old town pasadena, located in the holly street village apartments. we have a master bedroom that will be available starting in october and are looking for new female roommates (we are open to either one or two roommates). the apartment is furnished (except for the room) and recently remodeled. we are renewing our 13 month lease so we are looking for someone who is willing to stay for the next 13 months. the location is beautiful and merely steps away from the fun coffee shops, shopping, and bars that old town pasadena has to offer. the apartment complex also sits right on top of the gold line memorial park station. it is also only 5 min away from the rose bowl and aquatic center, which is a great place to hike and workout. we are in our early twenties and are very lenient and relaxed, the only thing is this is a drug and smoking free apartment. if you are interested please give me a call.
