hi. i'm living in my 4br ranch style house with a nice front yard and backyard with a patio/deck. i am looking to rent a private bedroom and living room. you would have a separate entrance, a separate bathroom and a kitchenette. the rooms are furnished. the bedroom has a bed, closet, mirrored dresser and desk. all utilities (heat, electricity, water, internet, basic cable, garbage) are included in the rent (up to a reasonable amount). your tv needs to have a qam tuner to use the basic cable service. you are welcome to use patio/deck in spring and summer. you can use my washer and dryer once a week too.this house is in a good neighborhood, all shopping and nyc buses are close by. parking is on the street in front of my house.
ideal person would be someone with a job (proof of stable income required), responsible, clean, non-smoker, serious, and quiet. this is for one individual. prefer no pets, one cat would be acceptable. thirty day notice to move, one month's security deposit and two referrals needed. available immediately.
the rent is $1000/month.
