the house is in great shape. built in 1947 in parkville. freshly painted. you can paint your room, i just need to approve the color. everything is nearby! i'll send you the list i put together, towson state is 6 miles away, all life necessities are just blocks away in each direction. the house is 3 miles from 695. i'm a friendly guy that works a day job and a night job. i work in an office during the day and i'm a musical theater performer at night. i'm not the party all the time guy. i prefer a roommate that is tidy, responsible and respectful. having people over is perfectly fine, just remember that it's a quiet neighborhood and i'm not looking to receive complaints from the neighbors. your room is about 10x14 with a closet, and room for a bed, dresser and all. i also have lots of attic and basement storage. i'm also taking care of the utilities; gas, electric and water. i used to have comcast, but will not have it available. if you would like tv and/or internet, the house is cable ready, but you will have to set that service up for yourself. please make yourself at home and use the washer/dryer, oven, microwave, refridgerator... this is a great place. i accept rent in the form of cash, check, or money order. payment must be received by the 28th of the month for the following month. i look forward to meeting you.
