hey there!let me know if you're interested in staying at a 7 bedroom / 3 bathroom house right next to campus. it's right across the library on park ave and 120th st. it's next to the payroll office and directly across the music house so it's super close to campus. it takes me like 3 minutes to walk to the library.
i'm planning to move out asap so the room is available anytime. it's the biggest room and it'll cost $460/month (utilities included). wifi is not included but i shared my wifi with another person for like an extra $20/month. also you'll share a bathroom with just 1 other person and you would have a private sink lol. total would be like $480/month with everything included.
it's a great house. everything has been recently renovated/upgraded. granite counter tops, slate tiles, 3 fridges, big living room, big yards, everything! rooms are carpeted.
the room might/might not be furnished. depends if you really need or want to purchase furniture from me. but the house is fully furnished.
