we have a lower level bedroom available for rent in a large 5-bedroom, 5600 sq ft house that back the golf course at the pinery. the house has two kitchens, large common spaces and a good sized deck. all the common space in the house is freely available for your use.

the bedroom is 15'-6" x 13'-0" and has a walk-in closet that is 7'-10” x 5’-6”. you would share the kitchen and bathroom on the lower level with one other person. there is another small storage room on the lower level that is shared.

we are presently 4 adults living in the house. our ages range between 34 and 67. we love the outdoors, have travelled much and value a sense of community. we also value privacy, quietness and time alone. spirituality and personal growth are important to us. we like to exercise and eat healthy.

we are looking for a well-balanced, trustworthy, clean and happy individual who is easily able to afford the rent ($450)+ share of utilities (they are about $50 at present, we expect that number to go up a bit in the winter). someone with no substance addictions (tobacco, alcohol or drugs of any kind) and no pets. . we would prefer a person who is is quiet and respectful of each persons space and need for privacy, but who is also interested in interacting with and enjoying our little community.
