washer and dryer are maytag brand with 2015 manufacture date. kitchen area: cabinets and countertop are brand new, as are the sink area, tile work, and high quality induction burner and convection toaster oven (can cook a casserole, bake chicken, or cook up to a 12" pizza). microwave included in kitchen area.
shared bathroom and kitchen area with one other female (csu-p student and athlete).
