434 sw college streettired of the commute to school? or are you just tired of living in the dorms? please help us, help you, by taking over our lease! we are moving back to warmer weather, and need someone to take over our 1 bedroom, shared bathroom, shared living space.
you'll have 2 other roommates, who are both students and never home. they're very nice! the only catch is that you must be a student, as per the lease rules.
we are situated right on the corner of sw college and 5th avenue, with a corner view. our apartment is within walking distance of psu campus, safeway, and downtown. the orange line stops right in front of this apartment building, and one street down the red and blue lines.
you couldn't ask for a better deal; no safety deposit, no first/last months rent. other rooms in this building are going for $850. this room is locked in at $700, from before the management change over.
and, if you want, we can negotiate selling you our furniture too! including our tv and bed!
