available december 1st. right next to the 4 & 75 bus stops. 5 bedroom house 4 rooms are currently filled. 2 full kitchens, 3 bathrooms. very nice private backyard. if you would like to have a garden there is plenty of room, and some garden boxes up. laundry room. shared storage/art studio space. garage space for bikes. plenty of street parking. attic space is available for $600 it is a whole level and has it's own full bath and a bidet with skylights throughout the space. utilities are not included (those equal out to about $70-80 a month each person depending on usage). my housemate will, and i had been living in the basement apartment for a year. we love the house so much instead of leaving we took over the lease and moved to the main floor in 2 of 3 open rooms, now we just need a one more roommate. we are pretty laid back this is not a party house. we will have parties occasionally and friends are always welcome. two kitchens make this house ideal for potlucks and dinner parties. move in - refundable deposit of $600 plus first months rent which equals a total of $1200. we have 2 awesome cats, lease says no dogs. no tobacco products are to be smoked inside, but there is a great covered back porch if you are a smoker. the other housemates are mandi & jason and they just moved into the basement apartment 3 weeks ago (we treat it as a whole rental- we want to feel comfortable in our space and who we share the residence with) and we could not have found better people for that space.
couples are welcome but may be subject to an additional $25.00 increase in rent, depending on the situation/pets.
