i have a rooms available for rent in my new home in bethany creeks falls, 4 bedroom house. i am staying alone at present. renting the upstairs bedrooms. it has shared full washroom.awesome location, this is new house, decent proximity to nike, intel, hillsboro businesses. there is public transport (buses facility from around 10 minutes walk) to trimet station.
room if needed can be furnished.
house has nice kitchen, washer/dryer in laundry room, hardwood floors. nice patio to sit on, only two parking spot, so renters will use street parking. there is always spots right out front. wireless internet and basic cable through comcast. all utilities paid by me.
stuff storage: sorry, not much storage to offer. there is a crawlspace under the house that you could put some stuff if necessary, otherwise pretty much whatever can fit in the bedroom. there is no garage or shed.

the closest grocery stores are b&k asian store, can tho market and grocery outlet. nearby coffee shops include taming of the brew, terra verde cafe' and black rock coffee. presbyterian church is close by.
nearby restaurants include gyro house mediterranean grill, gogo burgers and zaab zaab thai. nw dandelion ter is near willow creek park, lexington park and reedville creek park.
i will ask for first and last month rent up front. no security deposit.

my preference will be people with it background as i am engineer myself.
