professional late 30s guy with a 2-bed, 2-bath condo in central phoenix. i am a laid-back guy with a great job and a decent social life. i am asking for $500/month with half of the utilities, which vary month to month. in the summer, the electric bill gets a little high, but your share likely wouldn't be over $100 any given month. i have a cat. i work m-f 8-5. not home too much, but when i am, i like quiet. you'd have your own bedroom; the bathroom you'd use would also be the guest bathroom for when we have visitors. no overnight guests unless okayed by me on the front end. absolutely no smoking; alcohol is (very much) okay. no cable, but i pay for wi-fi; i have netflix and amazon fire, which you'd be able to use.

i am looking for an open-minded person who doesn't mind casual nudity. i am not a nudist, but i occasionally walk around the house naked, especially in the summer. i do not equate nudity with sexuality and i would ask that my roommate feel the same. with that said, at this juncture, i would prefer another guy for a roommate.
