split utilities - water, trash pickup, electric, cable tv and internet wifi, and hot water. ranges months typically around 75-125 dollars- highest in winter - and in summer not quite as high if we run ac.
propane heat additional - this winter ran about 400 for the season each
si have no pets and do not smoke.
