3 story townhouse in central oxford. across the street from the police station, about 10 steps into the alley, at the intersection of poplar and high street. one block away from the miami university campus. 4 bedrooms, 1 bedroom is open. bathroom on every floor. townhouse is in terrific condition and no more than 3-4 years old.two bedrooms on the first floor with bathroom and washer/dryer. living room, kitchen, half bathroom, and deck on the second floor. two bedrooms, a bathroom, and storage space on the third floor.
the residence features wi-fi, 50" flat screen tv, fully furnished kitchen/living room, air conditioning, deck, wood floors, carpet, storage, laundry, dishwasher. the bedroom features a cable tv jack and private closet. total cost of utilities about $50-75 monthly.
$3,900 per semester, $500 deposit. i am a current tenant who is transferring schools.
