i have a spacious room for rent that is totally furnished and totals over 400 ft2 . the room is on the second floor and just outside of the room is a small area with a microwave, toaster, and refrigerator. the newly remodeled bathroom is occasionally shared by one other person and includes a jacuzzi tub and shower. also included with the rent are all utilities, central ac, and comcast cable with premium channels and dvr. wireless internet is available throughout the house.tenant has use of the common areas of the house including kitchen, laundry, office space with a computer and printer, a bar and a patio complete with a large hot tub.
the house is in owings mills and in a secluded area surrounded by trees, a large yard and a koi pond. plenty of free parking. the property is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, a gas station, a bank, movies, and a high-speed train can whisk you into baltimore within minutes.
the owner resides here also and is a retired educator who still teaches part-time. the other occupant is employed in food services. both are males so i am seeking another male, or a male couple would also be suitable because of the size of the room. no children or foreign inquiries are desired. we have pet cats so anyone allergic would not work.
