i have the possibility of an available room as of august. currently i own a 4 bedroom house and 3 rooms are filled with one as a guest room. i say possibility because i have not been given an official 60 day notice of a move out date at this time.

option a- monthly tenant use of furnished current "guest room." furnished is optional as this could be moved to another bedroom.

option b- more permanent lease, with the option of having a pet, not furnished

you would share a bathroom with one other roommate, currently all females live in the house.
