i have a room for rent at 845 franklin street near the university. i am currently not living there and the room is empty.the house was completely updated this past summer. new flooring and kitchen. the house is two stories, and currently the upstairs is being occupied with 3 people. the downstairs is empty with it's own bathroom. it is a full house, not a duplex. the room is an average size, without measuring i would estimate it to be 11x14.
the rent is $1000 per month and divided 6 ways. 2 people already moved out so their room is vacant. the rent is due at the beginning of march, for a total of $670, which will cover the next four months. utilities normally add up to between $30-$50 per month depending on the usage.
this is a great deal and close to campus. i am pursuing other opportunities and that is why i can't stay there this semester.
