my wife (25) and i (32) are looking to rent out a room for $600 a month. we have an 18 month old and 3 year old, so no guys are being accepted. the room is approx. 11x12 with a walk in closet. it has a semi-private bathroom. there is a guest 1/2 bath for most uses, but this semi-private bath will need to be available for family who may come from out of town. electricity, cable, and internet are all included. the house is new and in a new neighborhood. a background check will be conducted before you move in. first and last month's rent due before moving in. we will meet with those interested so that we can ensure you aren't crazy, creepy, etc!
