hello everyone i have a private room for rent in my apartment for $350 a month. utilities included(pets are extra fee) own bathroom with stand up shower,we share all common areas,full use of kitchen,,cook as much as you want as long as you clean up. about me:i am a nurse 27 yrs old female. i do home care as a live in nurse,,my schedules are 3-4 days straight a week,,wich means i will most likely be showing the room while on duty,,unfortunately iv had ppl waste my time and never show up and show up late with no notice..

.therefor,,i now require that a deposit be sent ($168) before viewing/meeting,,so i will not have to experience this again,,i dont like games or childish activity,,only adults please. text word orlando
