i have one bed room available for a female student. 3/1 block house in quite neighborhood near dean and hwy 50. house is fully furnished. each bedroom has separate keyed entry for security and bedroom for rent comes with a high twin bed with drawers, a dresser and a desk with chair. house has couches, tablets, an entertainment center, and washer/dryer.there is a screened in back porch, smoking outside only, fenced in back yard with a utility shed.
rent: $400.00/month - includes all utilities - wifi, cable (hook up in rooms), electric, water, yard service and pest control (3-4x per year). rent will be prorated until the 1st.
standard security deposit: 400.00 - refundable with end of lease agreement/good condition of property.
pets: all animals are ok - no additional fee/deposit required - no breed restrictions -
***there are two valencia students already living in the house, along with a kitten.
house is 5-7miles from ucf, valencia east, kisser university, and full sail university. great location to waterford lakes shopping center, 408, 417, and 528. 30-45 minutes from east coast beaches.
