i've got a room for rent in a 2-bedroom townhouse. rent includes lodging, utilities, and a parking space (and is potentially negotiable). must like dogs - i've got two small, friendly terriers!i get up before 6am. i go to bed 8pm - 10pm. i eat almost anything. my level of cleanliness is best described as average. i rarely have overnight guests. i party rarely.
the residence features air conditioning, patio, wood floors, carpet, parking, fireplace, laundry, dishwasher. your room is furnished. it features furnished, cable tv jack, private closet.
i am looking for someone neat, mature, and laid back. i'd prefer female, but either gender will do. also, you must be a non-smoker and must not use drugs. all else is up for negotiation :-)
