i am a 28 yr. old female that is looking for someone to rent a private room and bath in a condo where i currently reside. i'm a generally tidy person, lead a drug-free lifestyle, don't mind alcohol but am definitely out of the partying phase, am responsible, social but enjoy my privacy, and know how to have fun w/o bringing it home every night. i am hoping to find someone with similar qualities. also keep in mind that i have a housetrained cat.info:
*available may 13th (possibly may 1st) but needs to be rented out by may 20th
*private room and private bathroom $385 mo. (paid when you move in), plus 1/2 utilities (only gas and electric)
*deposit $435
*3 month (possibly 6 mo.) lease
*cable and internet included
*no pets (i have a cat that would not get along with other pets, but likes people)
*no smoking allowed on lakeridge property
*not byu-approved standards but also not a place to party
details:
*room is furnished with a king size bed and 2 dressers (bedding for king size bed available if needed)
*enough space to add more things if you choose to b/c the room is approx. 11.5 ft. x 10 ft.
*individual covered parking
*condo is newer and quite spacious
*balcony off the living room w/ amazing views of the lake
*washer and dryer
*dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, lots of cupboard space
*you would only be sharing common areas with one person- me :)
walking distance/ minimal drive to:
*uvu, utah college of dental hygiene, stevens-henager, byu, provo college, etc...
