laundry room, kitchen, living room, half bath etc is all shared space. just our individual rooms and full baths will be private. i do not cook a lot so kitchen is open like 95% of the time if you like to cook. laundry room is open to use but is located upstairs next to bedrooms so hours of use can be discussed.
1 mile to hwy 205 access, 2 miles from clackamas community college.
i'm a 27 year old female. i have a daughter who is almost 4 who lives with me. we have a english bulldog and a cat. we are pet friendly so if u have a pet, its a possibility to move in with them. we are very easy going and my animals get a long with other animals.
must pay firsts and lasts months rent. also small security deposit and if u have a pet a small non refundable cleaning fee.
