looking for a roommate to share 1700 sf townhouse built in 2012 in oregon city. 2 blocks from high school and about 1/2 mile from clackamas community college. room is currently furnished with a single bed, night stand, dresser and armoir, but any or all can be removed. will share bathroom with my son who is 20 who is a full time student and works part time. i am a 42 year old female who works from home. would prefer another college student but not a must. easy access to 205, stores, restaurants and bus line if needed. we have one dog who is an 8 year old lhasa apso, can not accept any additional pets. we are pretty low key and easy going. $400 includes rent, all utilities (watee, sewer, garbage, electric, cable and wifi.) if you want cable in your room the box is $10 per month. located off glenn oak rd and about 10 blocks to beavercreek rd.
