married male couple taking applications to rent a queen furnished bedroom in orange park country club with attached private bath close to nas jax in orange park, inside the orange park country club. we travel a lot for work and pleasure - so you would have the house to yourself quite a bit sometimes. $300 security deposit.

$650/ month includes ($600 with direct deposit):

utilities (water, garbage, electricity, high speed wifi, expanded cable)
private swimming pool at residence
parking in driveway
single furnished bedroom w/ closet and attached private bath
laundry (wash/dryer)
access to all common areas of the house
secured and gated community
