the house is 2,500 sq ft. beautiful home in between chattanooga and cleveland so if you work in either of those places it's got a perfect intestate connection with no traffic getting on.$600 deposit, $600 month, if you want a garage there is one spot for $100. otherwise there is concrete for parking outside.
all the rooms are carpeted in the house, they are also huge so it's hard to say which is the master bedroom, all have their own private bath. includes a fridge, washer and drier, electric stove and oven. hardwood floors. really big backyard, maintenance is included in the rent so we just enjoy the home without all the hard work. also a screened in porch with fan and big grill included. this is the spot for some people that enjoy life, if you are friendly, have an active lifestyle then contact me.
ooltewah nursery & landscaping co (farmers market), walmart, bi lo, cheap gas, and decent restaurants all around within 5 minutes from the house which are big pluses for me.
i'm 23, work about 10 miles from cleveland but spend most of my time in chattanooga. i like going out kayaking, climbing, playing sports, working out, or meeting new people. music is big in my life, if any of this sounds interesting to you then you might be a shoe in for the spot.
