house is partially finished in the 2 living areas (no tv), hardwood floors upstairs, and is nicely decorated. tenants are quiet and the house is located in safe, quiet neighborhood as well. features include: security system, guaranteed driveway parking, furnished backyard, laundry in basement, utilities included. rent is $395 per month with a $395 deposit due at lease signing (utilities are included: oppd, mud, security system, laundry, high speed internet, and cable; dvr service extra per month). owner lives in the house along with 2 year old cat and other tenants. please no other pets.
