it's my girlfriend and i. our roommate just moved out. the townhouse offers 2bdrms, 1.5 bath, fireplace, water and garbage paid for. you only pay rent and electric which will be divided. rents due by the 1st of every month while electrics due by the 24th (no exceptions). preferably nobody older then 25 (couples fine too). looking for someone to be in by early to mid november. we're 420 friendly. honestly pretty simple, you must clean up around and after yourself! gotta be smart too. you'll have your own room.
