female roommate needed for our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom house in old hickory tn. large fenced in backyard. pets allowed on a case by case basis to be determined by landlord. down stairs of house is furnished, bedrooms are not. we are looking for a clean, responsible, young professional to rent out the master bedroom in this house. rent is $550 a month. utilities are split 3 ways each month. utilities include gas, water, electric, internet, yard service and trash pick up. gas, water, and electric vary depending on the time of year and usage. internet is $12 per tenant per month. trash pick up is $70 per tenant for the whole lease period. lawn care is $30 per tenant a month. please email me for more information if you are interested. credit check will be run on anyone who is wanting to rent the room before a lease is signed. security deposit of $550 is due with first months rent.
