i'm living in my 4br ranch style house with a nice front yard and backyard with a patio/deck. i am looking to rent my just renovated basement with living room, separate entrance, separate bathroom, kitchenette, and bedroom. the rooms are furnished. the kitchenette includes a sink, cabinets, counter, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker and small refrigerator. bedroom has bed, mirrored dresser and desk. all utilities (heat, electricity, water, internet, basic cable, garbage) are included in the rent (up to a reasonable amount). your tv needs to have a qam tuner to use the basic cable service. you are welcome to use patio/deck in spring and summer. you can use my washer and dryer once a week.

this house is in a good neighborhood, all shopping and nyc buses are close by. parking is on the street in front of my house. the township plows the road, but you will be responsible for some shoveling if you find it necessary.

single occupancy. ideal person would be someone with a job (proof of stable income required), responsible, clean, non-smoker, serious, and quiet. prefer no pets, one cat would be acceptable. thirty day notice to move, one month's security deposit and two referrals needed. available immediately.
