i've got a furnished room to rent in a 3bd house off 240 and penn. it's $550, including utilities. i chose this location, because i can get *anywhere* in and around okc and norman pretty quickly, ie, it's 10 minutes to tinker or the faa.
i'm 40, female, introvert. i'm an engineer, though i'm way more puzzle-centric than geek, to my dismay. traveling for work has relegated me to be a drop-in roommate, only back for the occasional weekend and holidays. your full-time roommate would be 41, male. a fondness for quick wit and good-natured sarcasm is not a requirement, but it would be perk.
there are no drugs, no pets, and smoking only outside.
