i am a professional male, looking for a clean, preferably non-smoking individual (male or female), to rent the 2nd bedroom in my duplex in seven oaks.this unfurnished room for rent is on the top floor, with a decent sized closet and access to your own bathroom.
rent is $700/month plus 1/2 of the gas/electric and includes the following: the above mentioned room, one private bathroom, all utilities except electric/gas (cable, water, and internet), one parking space in the driveway, and access to the kitchen, washer & dryer, patio, and living areas. rent may be negotiated.
the residence is very conveniently located near ft. meade (less than a mile), nsa, and odenton train station (3 miles from the townhouse). by commuter train, washington dc is approximately 25 minutes away and baltimore is approximately 15 minutes. arundel mills outlet mall is approximately 10 minutes and there is a grocery store about a half mile away. baltimore washington international airport is also 10 minutes from the townhouse and well out of the flight path (probably due to the proximity to ft meade and nsa). feel free to contact me for more information.
