my name is bree, i'm 21 i am a part time student and i also work part time. im not a smoker nor a partier. i have a 2bdrm 1 bath condo in ocean city looking for someone to rent the other bedroom. its a nice condo. it has a washer/dryer on site a few doors down from me that is only for residents of the premises. there is a dishwasher and also has a closet in the empty bedroom. no pets, and no indoor smoking. rent is $550 plus utilities (electric only) which runs pretty cheap. heat & hot water are included in rent. the condo is about two minutes from both parkways (south & north). close to grocery stores, gas, park, banks & convience stores. prime location. lease would be 6 months with at least 30 days notice upon moving if you do decide to terminate the lease early. security deposit is $550, however, we can work out security deposit if you cannot pay it all up front. email or call me if interested. avail immediately.
